We were well informed as to when the package would arrive. Well packaged and beautifully presented. So far have only eaten the pork chops but they were very nice. Finally, I get the 'taste' I remember, the bacon even has its rind on it! What can I say, "just give one of these boxes a try, you will not be disappointed.
