Delivery Information
Where we deliver
We currently offer a delivery service to all UK Mainland addresses, for any deliveries
further a field, please contact us at Pork@littleoakfarm.co.uk. Unfortunately we no longer ship to Northern Ireland or any off shore Islands.
Delivery Charges
We offer free standard delivery on orders over £80 and orders under £80 our Standard delivery charge is £8.99 inc VAT for delivery on Thursday/Friday. We do not deliver on a Saturday unless by prior arrangement which will be charged at £12.00 inc VAT. Our current shipping partner is DPD and occasionally we use APC. We will advise you of the delivery company used once your order has been despatched.
Delivery
All our pork is delivered on an Overnight Parcel courier service from leaving the farm. We aim to ship all orders within 14 days of your order being received. Sometimes this is not possible and it may take a little longer, however you will be notified of your delivery will take longer on receipt of your order. If you wish to pre-order for a specific date in advance please send us a note when placing your order. All our orders are currently being prepared and processed on a Wednesday for delivery on Thursday/Friday. Our parcels are all labelled " PLEASE LEAVE SAFE". This means the parcels will not be returned to the delivery depot if the customer is not at home. The delivery driver will leave the parcel in a safe place and leave a card at the house. This is a condition of the Courier Company.
Packaging
All our pork is sent out fresh and it is packed in freezer bags or vacuum bags, everything is labelled and suitable for freezing. The boxes are insulated and contain Ice Packs to keep the produce cool.
Collection
You are more than welcome to collect your order from the farm to save on the delivery charges, but please mention this when you order so we don't ship it to you. You can also collect for the Exmoor Food & Crafts Shop in Minehead, if you are local. If you prefer you can collect from any of our Farmers Markets and Food Festivals we attend. Please make a note on your order if you wish to collect.
Extra Info
All our online orders are cut and prepared to order, so sometimes it may not be possible to deliver your pork within the normal delivery period. We try to ship all orders within 14 days of ordering, but sometimes this might not be possible due to demand.
