As a small producer we process & ship all our orders on a Wednesday for delivery on a Thursday. slow cooking most important

slow cooked ( 2-21/2 hours seemed to be best at low gas 3/4 -

So Useful for Two People

We have had a number of these during the last few months and have found them so useful for the two of us. The sausages and bacon for a tasty breakfast and the rest in the freezer for a super Sunday roast, chops and burgers etc. later. We love middle white pork and the quality is always superb. No problems with ordering or delivery. Highly recommended.

Delivery Information

Whether we ship our pork to you fresh or frozen you can be sure it will reach you in perfect condition. We use APC Overnight parcel service for all our deliveries to ensure you get your pork delivered fresh and in perfect condition. We process and ship all our orders on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday. Please contact us if you require a specific delivery day.
