The perfect way to stock your freezer with great tasting outdoor reared Middle White Pork.

The Half a Pig box consists of approximately18kg of fresh Rare Breed Middle White Pork.

1 x Shoulder Whole or cut in half

1 x Leg Whole or cut in half

1 x Belly On The Bone whole or strips or half & half

1 x Loin Boned & Rolled whole or cut in half or chops 

Liver

1 x Chump Joint

1 x Whole Hand 

All the pork is off the bone apart from the Belly which is left on the bone, as we believe that the best way to cook it. If you would like any of the other joints left on the bone please just ask.

The pork will be packed into bags and labelled ready for your freezer.
To ensure you get your pork fresh we need to have at least 7 days notice for your order.
Our pork is normally shipped on a Thursday for next day delivery.

Storage
This product must be stored in a fridge below 5° C. It will be delivered fresh and can be frozen if
done before the use by date on the packaging.
