With a hint of Garlic, Onion, Leek and other subtle spices our Garlic & Herb Sausages are a treat on any dinner plate.

All our sausages are handmade using only the prime cuts of pork from our own Pedigree Rare Breed Middle White Pigs. Blended with the finest herbs and spices and encased in natural hog skins.

Please note all our sausages are made by hand and may differ slightly in size. But they will still have the amazing taste.

To enjoy our sausages at their best, we suggest they are cooked in the oven or under the grill, ensure they are fully cooked before consumption.

We bought some of these sausages outside of Tesco Minehead, whilst camping at Exmoor. Just the best sausages we have ever had. Really happy to find Little Oak Farm online, we will be trying more :)

Delivery Information

Whether we ship our pork to you fresh or frozen you can be sure it will reach you in perfect condition. We use APC Overnight parcel service for all our deliveries to ensure you get your pork delivered fresh and in perfect condition. We process and ship all our orders on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday. Please contact us if you require a specific delivery day.
