Pork like it used to be and as it should be!

Bought a gammon joint and a stack of bacon. Beautiful freshly prepared meat. No evidence of added water or that other stuff that comes from supermarket produce. Cooks perfectly and tastes delicious.

Wow

Gammon cooked in slow cooker, then roasted in hot oven with mustard and honey. Excellent taste and texture. Would highly recommend.

Gammon exactly as it should be!

Double Wow! So tasty! Perfect gammon as it should be, still moist after cooking, made good crackling even without adding salt. Will definitely order again. Bought online, delivered in vacuum packed with ice, overnight delivery.
